- - Old Friends - -

Tonight, I'm going out with some old friends. I meet up with Lia (who just come from sydney), Kartika, Bryan, Melvin and Gibson. All of them are secondary school friends =). We hang out at Coffee Club, near the cineleisure. That is my first time going to that cafe. Anyway, the drinks over there are damn expensive. Most of the drinks are above $5. The Coffee Club must have make a lot of money!!!

It's a fun outing...I enjoy it. Hmm yeah most of the time must speak in English because the three guys don't understand bahasa Indo. But it still fun though =). I can also practice my English!! It has been a long time since I use English to communicate. Most of the time I use bahasa Indo!!!

Oh yeah, almost forget. There is a funny incident when 3 of us girls are walking to the Heereen to meet those guys. There is this a Chinese Indonesian lady who actually approach me and asking me about the skirt that I'm wearing. Yeah, my skirt is kind of unique. She compliments my skirt and actually ask me where I bought it!!! Hahaha I'm kind of surprise because this is never happened to me before. But anyway, I find it amusing =).

- - Sleep Tight Baby!! - -

Last night I could not sleep well. What I meant is that hmmm not really in my usual deep sleep. I remembered I tossed and turned in bed for hours. When I finally fell asleep, I still woke up at around 4 am and could not sleep back. Haizzzzzzzz what was wrong with me?? After tossed and turned for about an hour, at last I managed to get some sleep. Perhaps, I've been sleeping too much lately because I feel so bored that I don't know what else to do but sleep. Sometimes, the best thing to do is sleep so that I don't have to think anymore. I just have to shut my mind off completely.

Actually, not really nothing to do. In facts, I've got sooo many things to do. My homeworks start to pile up. And mock exam is coming. It's from 5th dec - 9th dec. The right thing to do is to finish up all my homeworks and start revising for my exam. However, I'm not in the mood!! Haizzzz......That's why I said earlier, what's my problem?? What's wrong with me????

I've been wanting to go to Jakarta....However, seems like I have to cancel my trip to Jakarta even though I really love to be there....Haizzzz....this is all because of security reason in Jakarta. Yeap, perhaps there will be no riots there but it's better to be safe than sorry....Haizzz....perhaps I will be going to jakarta june next year to attend my cousin's wedding. But...to wait until june next year seems like very looooooonggggggggg!!!

I know, It's not good to rush things up. I guess I just have to take it slow but sure.....Perhaps, God has really planned something for me...hmmmm.....

- - Huhuhuhu LATE!!! LATE!!! - -

It has been 3 days I'm late for class =(. Huhuhuhu....today, when I wake up, it's already 9 am. And the class starts at 9.30 am!!! I've got to quickly say my grace, rush for my shower, pull out any clothes from the wardrobe and my bed is still untidy ^^!. It's already 9.20 when I left the house. I thought, it's better for me to walk to school rather than waiting for the bus. However, when I walk half way, the bus passed me!!! DUUUHHHH =(. So, in the end, I reach the school even later. I arrived in the class at 9.45 ^^!!. Hmm but thank goodness, it's not that bad. At least the lecturer haven't explain anything. It just that, I'm panting for air when I reach the class ^^!.

Hmm perhaps I'm just lazy. Sleepy head hehehe =P. I've got this bad habit of sleeping back after switching off the alarm clock. I set the alarm clock for 7.20. Usually, I will wake up by 8.30. Hmm lately, I've been overslept!!

Huhuhu.....I wish I don't have to rush to school everyday =(. But, I've been sleeping early!! By 10pm or 11pm I'm already in my deep sleep, playing in the dream land. Ridiculously, I'm still late for class ^^!.

- - Red Army!!! - -

Yesterday was another early Christmas celebration. However, this celebration was targetted for kids. All of us Sunday School teachers were wearing red T-shirt. Wowww...we were just like red army!!! And another thing, I was very happy because my effort was not wasted. I helped to guide the kids for choir. And they did great job!! I was very proud of them.

In addition, some parents actually came up to me and thank me personally. Wowww....seems like I'm a very important person. I wasn't trying to be proud but somehow, I just felt it differently. I felt there is a sense of achievement...I felt that I'm not a useless person and I could contribute for something. I couldn't quite describe my feelings. But to put it simply in one word : HAPPY!!! Yesh...I feel happy, very happy indeed.

We took some pics, group pics. I mean...us..the Sunday school teachers. But, I don't have it with me right now. I will put up the pics in this blog once I get them =). But too bad, 'someone' was missing from the pic. Hahaha cellieee...you know who I mean *blushhh*.

- - What A Bad Day!!! - -

Today after class, I go to Garuda Indonesia office which located at United Square to buy some air tickets. Hmm I think Garuda Indonesia is not very proffesional. This is because I called them last week to ask aboout the ticket fare. A staff quoted me with $811. Then, yesterday I went there, a lady staff quoted me with $753 ticket fare but I need to show my passport and student pass. I didn't have it with me so I decided to return today. However, today, they quote me another different price which is $783. Oh gosh...is this how they serve people?? Hmm....

After that, I go to the cold storage to buy some groceries. I buy the chicken black pepper steak. After walking quite a distance, I reach the bus stop and board the bus. When I'm in the bus, I'm checking my groceries. Ohh my God!!! The chicken black pepper steak is not in the plastic bag!!! Huhuhuhuhuu T.T feel like crying!! I really have a craving for the black pepper chicken steak but in the end I couldn't eat it =(.

When I reach home, I'm thinking of eating cup noodles. I already pour the noodle with hot water. But I guess I'm really down with my luck!!! I accidentally spill the noodle on the table!! Hikssssss...there goes my noodle T.T. I ended up cooking instant noodle..Thank goodness, nothing happen with the noodle. The noodle is safe in my stomach now hahahaha....

Then I realise something...I think right now is wedding season. My mom call me in the evening telling me that my cousin is getting engaged. She will held her engagement dinner somewhere in december 2005. Then, I've got another cousin who is getting married in January 2006, followed by another cousin who is getting married in June 2006. Huaaaaaa why people suddenly have a rush in getting married?? I mean, wowww so soon?? And I'm left alone in the shelf, I don't even have boyfriend =(. Pathetic right?? Hahaha...never mind. I'm just kidding. Yeap, anyway, I'm happy for my cousins. Just want to wish them the best in their marriage =).

- - Bintan Trip Is GREAT - -

Woooowww...this is my first time going to Bintan. I had a great time over there. It was a 3-days-2-nights trip from 2 nov - 4 nov afternoon. Hmm the beach is great. I had a great time playing and swimming at the beach. The water is clear...not murky like other beaches. However, what I disliked was that the Nirwana Resort where we were staying is located far away from the city. It took about 2 hours to reach the city and there was nothing to see or buy in the city. The mall is small, and hmm almost doesn't look like a mall at all!!

Another thing, I was surprised because Bintan is afterall in Indonesia. But, all those transaction there...for food, souveniers, leisure, etc is using Singapore dollars. I heard from the resort staff, the resort is owned by Sembawang holdings. Hmm no wonder using Singapore dollars. But really, everything there is overpriced!!! Unless you go to the city, the price will not be that expensive.... Or you guys can go to Pasar Oleh-Oleh, where the food is cheaper. The price is just like normal charges in Singapore for example a dish can cost about $5-$8.

Hmm...Overall...I give the Bintan trip a rating of 3/5. I could give a better rating if the things over there is not expensive. Because I realise that anything you want to do over there, you need money. Lots of money!!
